Zhang Ruihe (b. 1977) moonlights as a writer and editor, and is currently pursuing an MFA in Creative Non-Fiction in the United States. She received the Golden Point Award for English Poetry in 2013, served as essays editor for QLRS from 2005 to 2009, and is also co-editor of In Transit: An Anthology from Singapore on Airports and Air Travel (Math Paper Press, 2016).

Availability: Only in July and August each year. 2 / 3 hours per session; single session
Description: Tackling the "unseen" can be made much less mysterious if students are able to try their hand at creative writing. This workshop equips students with the tools to read and interpret poetry by giving them the opportunity to experiment with different poetic techniques.
