Join Our HEALing Voice and Wardah Books’ fourth Read Well book club meeting as they discuss our feelings about the book Islands of Mania by Yohanna Abdullah and share our lived experiences surrounding similar mental health themes.
The meeting will include a recovery story sharing and recovery strategies shared by peer support specialists. Mainly, we want to share how recovery and healing happen also through reading, and especially even more when delving into a book that explores the topic of recovery and healing from challenging personal experiences.
It is strongly recommended to read “Islands of Mania” to attend Read Well.
