Hosted and organised by Youth Poet Ambassador Pooja Nansi, Speakeasy returns for its 33rd edition on special Sunday night, featuring Bill Moran, Pranamika and Subhas.

Bill Moran is a performance poet and a former medic. He is a two-time Austin Poetry Slam Champion, has an MFA in Poetry from Louisiana State University, and has toured through Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia, and the US. His work has been featured in Button Poetry, University of Hell Press, Alien Mouth, and Pressure Gauge Press. His solo debut book, Oh God Get Out Get Out, is now available through Write Bloody Publishing. He appreciates your concern and well-wishes, but swears he is ok. Really.

Pranamika is a poet and musician who knows vaguely how to write poems but not at all how to write bios. Her words have been featured in Words: Lost and Found and Eyes on the World: Connecting the Dots. She has also performed at destination:ink, She Sings! and JAMfest. Pranamika sings excessively, tries very hard to be the IMDb friend, and enjoys aggressive window shopping. She also finds using the third person incredibly unsettling.'

Subhas is an aspiring rap/hip-hop artist, born and bred in Singapore. A recent graduate from Yale-NUS College as an urban studies major, Subhas began writing music full time this year and is currently working on his first EP, titled 'Man on a Mission.' This Speakeasy will be the first time Subhas performs his music live, and through his writing, he hopes to inspire people by sharing his story.
