Anju Jain, founder of Chai Pe – an organization that focuses on developing women professionals, will be popping into Kinokuniya Singapore Main Store on Saturday, 15th April, at 2.00 p.m., to promote her book: Step Up – How Women Can Perform Better For Success.

In this engaging, witty and conversational book, Anju Jain explains why gender disparity is an issue both at home and at work, and talks about how that can be addressed. With insights gained from extensive research and experience, the book provides a simple matrix for women to use to become successful. The book also includes interviews with key leaders such as Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, chairman and managing director of biotechnology company Biocon Limited, and Vaishali Kasture, partner at Deloitte Consulting (India), among others, who speak about their challenges and the solutions they employed that worked for them.

Filled with interesting anecdotes, as well as practical and great advice, Step Up will both entertain and guide women towards personal and professional growth. Make it a point to join Kinokuniya for this enriching sharing session with Anju Jain, especially if you wish to pick up tips on how to succeed in your life.
