COURSE SYNOPSIS
Many people wish to speak confidently about their personal experiences, yet few know how to shape those experiences into a compelling story or deliver it to an audience with conviction.
Impact is a hands-on workshop designed for anyone who wants to harness the power of personal storytelling as a public speaker. Over three sessions, experienced writer and storyteller Verena Tay will guide participants through the key stages of the process: mining their own lives for meaningful episodes worth sharing, structuring a chosen theme into an engaging narrative, and developing the vocal and expressive skills needed to deliver it with clarity and confidence.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have rehearsed and internalised a personal story they can tell with heart, and will be better equipped to communicate their experiences and values in ways that leave a lasting impact on any audience.
