This August, Spoke & Bird is going to the Edinburgh Free Fringe Festival!
3 poets based in Singapore. 3 poets based in the UK. Randomly paired up for the sole purpose of creating new poetry together, via the magic of the internet. Come watch them perform their pieces together for the first time and talk about their processes in this one-of-a-kind poetry showcase that explores how poetry can transcend borders and scenes, and a new kind of international artist collaboration that doesn't require plane tickets.
Join them for a night of poetry across oceans, featuring Sean Wai Keung, Jah-Mir Early and Elizabeth McGeown from the UK, and Pranamika Subalaxmi, Benedicta J. Foo and Natalie Wang from Singapore. Hosted by Stephanie Dogfoot and presented as part of PBH's Virtual Free Fringe Festival 2021, part of the Edinburgh Free Fringe Festival 2021.
