READING: Connections, feat. Ardu Vakil and Darryl Whetter

Join us for one night of scintillating readings by Ardashir Vakil and Darryl Whetter.

Ardashir Vakil (‘Ardu’) is a novelist, poet and short story writer who has published two award-winning novels – Beach Boy and One Day. Since 2006, Ardu has been a Lecturer in Creative Writing at Goldsmiths. He started a flagship MA with the Education Department called ‘Writer\Teacher’.

Darryl Whetter is the Programme Leader of LASALLE's MA Creative Writing programme. He is the author of three books of fiction, including the bicycle odyssey The Push & the Pull and the multi-generational smuggling epic Keeping Things Whole, and two poetry collections. His essays have been published by Routledge, the National Poetry Foundation [USA], Presses Sorbonne Nouvelle etc.

Happening 20 Feb at #LASALLE's Ngee Ann Kongsi Library (Block F Level 4). Admission is free. The reading is made possible by the Goldsmiths–LASALLE Partnership Innovation Fund.
