BooksActually is proud to present the launch of artist Aiwei Foo's latest publication, Semi Private Life in Helsinki: Autumn & Winter. Held at K+ on 25 Mar 2017, consider this a rare and unique opportunity to hear the artist talk about her work.

The Semi Private Life in Helsinki series started off as a set of photography work where self-portraits were photographed on self-timer in various public and private places. The protagonist featured in the series can be seen with a beam of light pouring out from her eyes. This is an art performance staged in real life where the boundaries of life & art blur.
